RITZ CHI A., studied Law and Banking at the University of Malta and is an Associate in the Private Equity Team of the Corporate Finance Department. He holds a Degree of Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Finance and Banking. He has worked with many renown Financial Institutions at home and abroad and advises on joint Venture transactions, Corporate restructuring and other Corporate Finance services and International Business transactions. DAMARIS ATEH A, is a tax Associate with a sound background training from E.N.A.M., the Government Institution charged with training Magistrates and Senior Tax Inspectors in Cameroon.
